Here are recipes for Banana Muffins,Banana Ice cream & Banana Smoothie 

1)Recipe for Banana Muffins:

Ingredients:-
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 large bananas, mashed
3/4 cup white sugar
1 egg
1/3 cup butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Coat muffin pans with non-stick spray, or use paper liners. Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
Combine bananas, sugar, egg, and melted butter in a large bowl. Fold in flour mixture, and mix until smooth. Scoop into muffin pans.
Bake in preheated oven. Bake mini muffins for 10 to 15 minutes, and large muffins for 25 to 30 minutes. Muffins will spring back when lightly tapped.

Recipe for Banana Ice Cream: (one ingredient ice cream)

The recipe is as simple as the ingredient list: all you have to do is peel and freeze some ripe bananas, then blend them in a food processor. You’ll end up with a sweet, gooey, creamy, frozen desert that looks something like this…
Take 4-5 ripe bananas (the more ripe the better – they should have at least a few brown spots), peel them, and add to a plastic freezer bag to freeze overnight until they’re completely solid. They will keep for at least a week.
Cut the bananas into 1/2 inch chunks and add them to a food processor.Please use small banana chunks.

After about 45-60 seconds, the bananas should be fully blended into a smooth, creamy, and light frozen dessert. Be careful not to overprocess or the friction from the processor will begin to melt the ice cream. You can enjoy this dessert right away for best results, but it will also freeze well for a day or two.

Recipe for Banana Smoothie:


Start with the perfect banana. For the most intense banana flavor, we recommend a Chiquita at room temperature that is yellow or yellow with brown spots.

Peel and cut into bite-size chunks for quick blending and consistent texture. This is a smoothie, not a chunky.

Use fresh ice. If your tap water tastes yucky, make your ice with filtered or bottled water. As soon as the cubes freeze, store them in air-tight plastic bags so they don't take on any unsavory freezer flavors.

Wash, pat dry and cut up any other fruit ingredients before you add them to the smoothie maker.

Don't overfill the blender unless you enjoy cleaning smoothie recipe off your walls.

Blend until smooth. Pour and enjoy immediately.

Recipe for Cake Pops

Ingredient Quantity 

Soft butter 125g

Caster sugar 125g

Egg 2

Milk 1 tbsp

Vanilla extract 2 tsp

Self-raising flour 125g

• In a mixing bowl beat together the butter and sugar until it become pale and fluffy
• In a jug gently beat the eggs, milk and vanilla extract and gradually add to the mixture, mixing well between each addition.
• Sift the flour into the mixture and stir well until all of the flour is incorporated.
• Preheat the Cake Pop Maker for 2 minutes and when the green READY light illuminates lightly grease the moulds with vegetable oil then add a heaped teaspoon of mixture into each of the 12 moulds.
• Close the lid and cook for 4 minutes or until the cake pops are well risen, golden and spring back when touched. Continue to bake until all of the mixture is used.
• Turn off the Cake Pop Maker and leave the cakes to cool for about 1 minute then carefully remove and leave on a wire rack to cool. 
• Place the cake pops onto sticks and decorate with your choice of frostings, chocolate and sprinkles.

• Do not use your pan in a microwave oven.

Safety and your pan 

• Please use oven gloves at all times.
• For the safety of children, never leave the handle of your pan sticking out over the edge of the cooker or a kitchen surface.

• Slight surface marks and abrasions are normal and will not affect the performance of the non-stick coating.

Cleaning your pan

• Before you use your pan first time wash it in warm,soapy water and then dry the pan using a kitchen towel or cloth.
• your pan is dishwasher safe, however, dirt from other dishes may be abraaise and prolonged regular dishwasher cleaning will eventually affect any item of cookware.
• Clean the exterior of the cookware regularly.
• The greenpan bali long handle is constructed with a hollow tube to minimize the heat transfer of your handle.With this type of construction, some water may go into this tube during washing.Therefore, before putting your pan away for storage or using on stove top,please make sure all water is drained out of the handle by placing your pan flat in your sink.

Cooking with your pan

• When seasoning cooking do not add salt to your pan until the liquid is at boiling point.
• Always use a little oil when cooking.
• For best results, use a medium heat source.This will allow better heat distribution to give a faster cooking time without wasting energy.
• Use only nylon, plastic or wooden utensils.
• Always centre your pan over the heat source.

How to Look After Your New Glass Products..!!!

Before the First Use.......

Before using a wine goblet, glass or any other container for the first time,observe the following recommendations for eliminating any production residue:

• Fill with solution of 50% vinegar or citric acid (lemon juice) and 50% water in the room temperature.

• Leave solution in the glass or container for 24 hours.

• Empty and rinse with the water very well.
• 

Washing Tips

• When hand washing glasswares, always hold tightly because there is the chance of slip out it from hand.
• For cleaning the glasses, use a sponge with handle or a soft foam bristled brush to reach the every part of the glass inside.
• Use little bit hot water to clean the glasses, it will remove all oil content easily than cold water.
• Use minimun amount of detergent, a drop of washing liquid is enough .
• If you are using dishwasher, make sure that all glasses are arranged in properly, the temperature inside the dishwasher should be low.
• Try to use natural cleaners like lemon juice, baking soda and vinegar.

Natural Cleaners

White Vinegar is suitable to clean glasses, presence of acetic acid easily remove all the dirt items easily and this is not harmful for glasses as well as our hands. Take a few drops of white vinegar in a clean towel and wipe out the glasses properly.If the vinegar is concentrated ,make it dilute with small amount of water.

Baking Soda is another natural cleaner, fill the glass with water and sprinkle some powder of baking soda , then clean it using a tooth brush.then soak the glass in white vinegar solution(diluted) and finally rinse it with water.

Lemon Juice is one of the best natural cleaner, with the presence of citric acid it can easily remove whole dirt particles . Use lemon peices to scrub with your glasses, it will remove the odors of the food and drink properly.Rinse with water afterward ,then it will sparkle in your kitchen or dining.
