- 200g Plain flour
- 5g Baking powder
- 175 ml Milk
- 75g Castor Sugar
- 100g Melted Butter
- 1 Egg
- 75 g dark chocolate melted

Mix all the dry ingredients properly, whisk together with egg, milk and butter seperately .Fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and combine without over mixing. Heat the doughnut maker. Lightly grease the rings and spoon or pipe batter into the rings. Close the lid and cook for a few minutes until golden. Remove with a spatula & toss immediately into cinnamon sugar or cool on a wire rack and decorate once cool.Decorate the doughnut wi by dipping top portion in melted chocolate.we can also use coconut, glucose sprinkles and flowers to decorate it .
